We want you to love your Dressbarn purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the return label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
